Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen 2009

I traveled to Oshkosh, WI with my dad on Wednesday June 17th to attend the 2009 Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen pageant. The night was full of sparkle and glamor as Jennifer Dombrowski Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen 2008 celebrated her spectacular year representing Wisconsin. Jennifer gave a wonderful reflection of her year as she mentioned her visited to Warrens, WI for Cranfest. Jennifer's platform this past year was literacy. As she traveled the state visiting schools promoting her platform, she read the book "Clarence the Cranberry" by Jim Coogan to the students. During Jennifer's pictorial she had many pictures from her visit to Cranfest. I was so blessed to have had the opportunity with my princesses to spend the day with Jennifer and her Mom at Cranfest. We have so many "berry" wonderful memories and have become great friends.

Seven lovely contestants competed for the title. The competition included lifestyle and fitness, talent , and the evening wear with the on stage final question. The moment everyone anticipated finally came. Miss Wisconsin 2008 Briana Lipor announced the winner …"contestant number seven, Jeanette Morelan"! Jeanette Morelan is a 14-year-old representing Southern Wisconsin who gave a flawless performance. Congratulations Jeanette! It was such a magnificent evening with exceptionally amazing memories.
